I am a photographer residing in Durban, on the East Coast of South Africa and have been capturing images from numerous sporting and sporting related events. Corporate events included charity auctions, dinners and sponsorship announcements associated with sporting bodies and personalities.

Sporting events that have come to our shores include international cricket, soccer and rugby, motorsport and surfing. I am proud to have been accredited and at times been the official photographer at many of these events. Images that I have captured have been utilized in publications regionally, nationally and internationally. I have also been on freelance assignments for agencies such as REUTERS, European Pressphoto agency (EPA) and AFP. Current clients include GALLO IMAGES, GETTY IMAGES, TOUCHLINE MEDIA and the Independent Newspaper Group.

I have a passion for sport and have been studying the various codes for many a year. This shows in my large collection of books, magazines and other media. I firmly believe that if one knows the sport that one is photographing, the knowledge assists in capturing those special images.

You will have the edge over your colleagues if you know what to look out for on the field. I hope that my passion comes through in the images that I have captured. Emotions displayed during victory, loss, pain, pride and passion are near impossible to replicate after the moment has passed and I find the greatest joy in freezing those moments.

I am currently kitted out with professional digital photographic equipment coupled with a laptop and wireless internet facilities. From the most remote areas in Madagascar and Zimbabwe to the bustling city of Mumbai, I have been able to syndicate images worldwide on tight deadline. I am free to travel locally and abroad on assignment provided my current commitments are not compromised.
